Prior to joining CFI, Andrew Loo worked in financial services for over 20 years in retail, commercial and investment banking roles. He retired from investment banking in 2017 as Managing Director at Nomura Securities in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for managing relationships with the key Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and other key investors, as well as spearheading the firm’s sales efforts into the People’s Republic of China as Chairman of the China Operating Committee.

Throughout his investment bank career, he was also very passionate about teaching and developing talent as well as a keen lifelong learner. Hence, Andrew was naturally very excited about joining CFI with its significant global reach of eager learners. As VP of Capital Markets, Andrew brings his real-world experience in Capital Markets to the CMSA program.

Outside of work
