Important CPE Credit Information

Instructional Delivery Methods
This course is a QAS Self Study program and will be mainly delivered through a series of instructional videos. There will also be review questions in most chapters as well as a final assessment at the end. It is required of the participant to watch all videos, complete all review questions, as well as receive a minimum passing grade of at least 70 percent on the final assessment to receive CPE credit.
Recommended CPE Credit and Recommended Field of Study

All CFI courses have a recommended field of study of finance.
Participants of each CPE course should have a fundamental understanding of the following:
- Fundamental accounting principles and terms
- Basic financial statements reading and comprehension
- Basic Excel functions, formulas, and shortcuts

No advance preparation required, but a review of the prerequisite course is recommended.

Who should take these courses?
Those who are responsible for financial management, financial analysis, financial modeling, and other aspects of corporate finance.
Course Revision Policy
All CFI courses are reviewed at least annually to be up-to-date and full course remakes are made every five years.

CPE Expiration Date
As required by Standard 9 of the Statement on Standards for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Programs, the ability to earn CPE would be limited to one year after purchase. If you intend on using other CFI course for CPE, it is advised that one purchase courses separately instead of a bundle.
Through the purchase of any individual course or a bundled package, the participant is automatically enrolled in the course.
It is important to us that you are happy with your learning experience. If you are not satisfied with the courses, you can get a full refund up until 30 days after you have made your payment. After the first 30 days, course fees are non-refundable.
Complaint Resolution Policy
Corporate Finance Institute® is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education (CPE) on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: NASBAregistry.org.
